• Delays caused by vendor supply issues are beyond our direct control.

3. Order Confirmation & Payment Terms

• All orders must be confirmed through our official communication channels (website, WhatsApp, or phone).
• Orders are processed only after full advance payment is received.
• We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Payment confirmation is required before dispatching any goods.

Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation without notice.

4. Pricing Policy

• Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping and delivery charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Delivery timelines depend on vendor processing and courier services.
• We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party vendors or courier services.
• Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are handed over to the courier.

6. Sample Policy

• Samples may be requested before placing a bulk order.
• Buyers are responsible for sample handling and shipping charges.
• Once a bulk order is confirmed and full advance payment is received, the sample amount will be adjusted in the final invoice.

7. No Refund & No Replacement Policy

• All wholesale sales are final.
• No refunds or replacements will be provided after order confirmation and payment.
• Buyers are strongly encouraged to request samples before placing bulk orders.

8. Limitation of Liability

Shah Alam Market Lahore acts as a sourcing intermediary and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, business interruption, loss of profits, vendor-related supply issues, or courier-related damages or delays. Our liability, if applicable, is limited strictly to the service fee or order value received.
