1. Wholesale Orders – No Refunds and No Returns

All wholesale purchases are considered final.

Due to the nature of wholesale trading, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests once an order has been confirmed, processed, or delivered.

Before confirming a wholesale order, buyers are responsible for checking:

• Product descriptions and specifications.

• Product quality and requirements.

• Order quantities.

• Wholesale prices.

• Product images and available details.

• Delivery arrangements and estimated timelines.

We strongly encourage buyers to confirm all important product details with the relevant seller before placing a bulk order.

2. Sample Purchase Policy – Get Your Sample Cost Back

We understand that wholesale buyers may want to check product quality, specifications, and suitability before placing a large order.

For this reason, our sample purchase arrangement allows buyers to purchase a sample before committing to a wholesale order.

How Does It Work?

1. Select the product you want to purchase in bulk.

2. Contact the relevant seller to request a sample.

3. Pay the applicable sample price before the sample is dispatched.

4. Check the sample and confirm whether it meets your requirements.

5. Place your qualifying wholesale order with the same seller.

6. The amount paid for the sample will be adjusted against your confirmed wholesale order.

Your sample cost is 100% recoverable through the qualifying wholesale purchase.

In other words, you initially pay for the sample, but when you proceed with the eligible bulk purchase, the sample payment is credited towards your order, making the sample effectively free.

Please note that sample charges, eligibility, minimum wholesale order quantities, and adjustment conditions must be confirmed with the relevant seller before purchasing a sample.

3. Sample Payment Conditions

• Sample payment must be completed before dispatch.

• Sample charges are initially paid by the buyer.

• Sample charges are adjusted against a qualifying wholesale order from the same seller.

• Sample payments cannot be transferred to another seller.

• The adjustment is subject to the seller’s agreed wholesale order requirements.

• If the buyer does not proceed with a qualifying wholesale purchase, the sample payment is generally non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the confirmed order specifications, contact the relevant seller as soon as possible.

Please provide:

• Your order details.

• Clear photographs or videos of the issue.

• A description of the problem.

• Any relevant supporting information.

The seller will review the complaint and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with the agreed transaction terms and applicable law.

This policy does not exclude any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Order Cancellation

Wholesale orders may not be cancelled once they have been confirmed, processed, or dispatched.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact the seller immediately.

Cancellation requests are subject to the seller’s approval and the current status of the order.

6. Delivery and Shipping Issues

Delivery times and shipping arrangements may vary depending on the supplier, product type, order quantity, and delivery destination.

Buyers should confirm delivery charges, estimated delivery dates, and shipping conditions before placing an order.
