Shah Alam Market Lahore operates as a wholesale sourcing and intermediary platform.
We work with multiple vendors and do not maintain physical stock of all listed products.
Our role is to facilitate transactions between buyers and third-party sellers.
1. 07-Day Return Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 07 days from the date of delivery.
If 07 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
Refunds or exchanges are only applicable under the following condition:
- If the wrong item was shipped compared to the confirmed order invoice.
No refunds or exchanges will be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Bulk order reconsideration
- Minor variations in color, packaging, or design
- Vendor-based product differences
- Courier delays
3. Proof Requirement
To be eligible for a refund or exchange due to a wrong item shipment,
the buyer must provide clear proof within 48 hours of delivery, including:
- Unboxing video (continuous, without cuts)
- Clear photos of received items
- Copy of order invoice
Claims without proper proof will not be processed.
4. Return Process
If your claim is approved:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
- Once the returned item is inspected and verified, a replacement will be arranged or refund processed.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for courier-related damages, delays, or lost shipments.
All shipping risks transfer to the buyer once goods are handed over to the courier.
