2. Order Processing

• Orders are processed only after full advance payment is received.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on the courier service and delivery location.

• Risk transfers to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the courier.

4. Multiple Vendors

Since we work with multiple vendors:

• Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on vendor stock availability.
• Estimated delivery times are based on the longest shipping duration among vendors.
• Buyers will be informed if items are shipped separately or from different locations.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are only allowed if the wrong item is shipped. All other returns are not accepted.

• Buyers must provide proof (photos or unboxing video) within 48 hours of delivery to request a return or exchange.
• Return shipping charges depend on the goods and must be paid by the buyer.
• Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after verifying the returned goods.
